尿素（sù）軟管 DEF

應用範圍：用於柴油（yóu）車輸送DEF尿素溶液。耐DEF尿素溶液腐蝕，幫助柴油車滿足排（pái）放規定（dìng），淨化環境。車用（yòng）尿素（sù）溶液在歐洲稱AdBlue，在（zài）北美稱為DEF，是一種液體還原劑，安裝在柴（chái）油發動機排氣（qì）係（xì）統中，將排氣中的氮氧化物催化還原成氮氣和水的催化裝置，簡（jiǎn）稱SCR係統。車用尿素溶液是柴（chái）油機專（zhuān）用（yòng）還原劑，儲存在柴油機上特（tè）別的儲存容（róng）器內，當廢氣從（cóng）發動機排出後，它會與廢（fèi）氣一（yī）起到達（dá）卡車催化（huà）轉化器，然後將氮氧化物轉（zhuǎn）換為無害的氮和水（shuǐ）。使車輛排放達到歐四以上標準。

技術特點：經SGS權威檢測報告，符合（hé）SAE-China J2902-2013標準。軟管內膠層采用進（jìn）口高環保合成橡（xiàng）膠為主的專用配方設計，不含Ca、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Al、Mg、Na、K離（lí）子成分，確保軟管加注輸送尿素溶液時高度環保、清潔，對尿素溶（róng）液無作用、無汙染、對SCR係統（tǒng）無損害。軟管保護橡膠層超強耐磨（mó）、抗老化、比一般（bān）橡膠軟管耐（nài）用3~5倍以上。軟（ruǎn）管德國產高強度聚酯纖維線增強，加注受（shòu）壓時軟管無（wú）膨脹，確保加注計量精確。防靜電設計: 橡膠層導電，電阻率R＜10^6 ohmm，符合美國ASTM防靜電設計標準。

注   意： 一般橡膠軟管含有大（dà）量Ca離子等成分，會（huì）汙染尿素溶液，對SCR係統的催化劑具有毒害，影響SCR還原的轉（zhuǎn）換效率！劣質（zhì）的尿素軟管不（bú）耐磨、不抗老化，容易磨損與老化！劣質的尿素軟管無防靜電設計，加注時容易產生靜電危害！

結    構:
軟管內膠層: 環保（bǎo）、耐（nài）DEF溶液黑色特殊配方的合成（chéng）橡膠。
增強（qiáng）層: 德國產高強度合成纖維編織層。
軟管保護層: 黑色超強耐磨、防（fáng）靜電、抗老化合成橡膠。
外    表:  光麵，黑色。

適用溫度:  -40 to 90 ℃。

包    裝（zhuāng）:
雙（shuāng）重保護標準出口包裝:內（nèi）層透明PE膜纏繞,外層編（biān）織帶（dài）纏繞（rào）。
按客戶需要,另外可提供特定長度裁剪，或（huò）紙箱包（bāo）裝（zhuāng）,托盤包裝。

環保標準：經SGS權威結構嚴格檢測，符合歐盟環保標準 ROHS、PAHS、SAE-China J2902-2013標準。

Note: Conventional rubber tubes and hoses do not meet the standards of urea, urea solution will pollute, poison for the SCR system, effect vehicle emissions standards.
