應用範圍：
•硬壁光滑軟管，廣泛（fàn）用於吸（xī）排多種化學品、藥品及食品。通過INERIS測（cè）試和批準，可適用於（yú）ATEX防爆場合。
軟（ruǎn）管（guǎn）結構：
內管：食品級UPE(超高分子多聚乙烯),白色，平滑，黑色（sè）導電斑點貫（guàn）穿內壁
增強層：高（gāo）強度多層合成纖維（wéi），內置（zhì）螺旋鋼絲（sī）增強。
外（wài）管：EPDM橡膠（jiāo）（三元乙丙），黑色（sè），抗磨損，耐臭氧，耐大氣侵蝕，平滑，布狀表麵（miàn）。
溫度範圍（wéi）：-30°C 至 100°C
導電性能：103Ω≤R≤106Ω
適用標準及認（rèn）證：符合EN 12115, FDA, USDA, BfR, EN13463-1/EN 60079
Applications
hardwall smooth hose to convey a wide range of chemicals, food, petroleum products and oils. Tested and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas.
Construction
Inner tube: black and white speckled, smooth, food quality UPE.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose, 1x103Ω≤R≤1x106Ω/lgth.
Temperature range: -30°C(-22°F) +100°C(212°F) depending on medium.
Standard/Approval: EN 12115:11. Tube FDA tit.21 item 177.1520, USDA, BfR cat. III. Tested acc. to EN 13463-1/EN 60079. Phthalates free.
